[The owner] recaps the completed work for the installation of the retaining wall and fencing. Pirrotta confirms she held a site visit with [Owner] and Beverly Engineering Department staff and that the site was stable and in compliance with the approved plan and special conditions. The Commission reviews the perpetual conditions for the project. Redmond moves to issue a complete Certificate of Compliance under the Act and Ordinance with the perpetual conditions as described. Seconded by Buchsbaum. Bertoni takes a roll call vote. Motion passes 4-0.
