| Notes | Discovered 2026-07-17 via a registry name search (the wiki previously did not know a recorded amendment existed). Developer-era amendment executed by DUC Residential LLC (Paul DiBiase, Manager) as sole trustee under Art. VIII: adds maintenance/replacement of mailboxes and mailbox posts to the Trust’s purposes (Art. III §1) and provides the City of Beverly bears no liability for mailbox damage including from snow plowing/sanding. Recorded the same day as the Parcel C conveyance (Bk 35266 Pg 472). The instrument’s internal reference to ‘Book 35476, Page 486’ is a typo for 34576/486. |
